How will I get the hotel contact details?

The hotel details - Contact Number, Email Id, Address and other important details will be mentioned on the confirmation ticket which you will receive once the booking is confirmed

How do I know if my booking was successful?

After you have completed the transaction, you will receive an email confirmation from us for your booking. Please carry a printout of the confirmation ticket at the time of travel.

Can more than three adults stay in one room?

Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in a room for an extra charge as long as the room doesn't exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per room. If you book a room that cannot accommodate your group, the hotel may cancel your reservation or require that you book additional rooms.

What is the general rooming policy of hotels?

The following are the general room types that can be booked, subject to being offered by the hotel - Single, Double/Twin, Triple & Quad

Single Room - Accommodates a single person.

Twin Room - A room with two single beds. A Double Room is a room with a single Queen Sized or King Sized bed that can sleep 02 adult guests. Confirmation of a Twin bedded room or double bedded room is always subject to availability.

Triple Room - Can accommodate 03 adults, and may be no larger than a twin room, in which case the third bed is often a rollaway bed or a cot placed in a twin room.

Quad Room - Can accommodate 04 adults. Also offered as family or superior rooms, these rooms are larger.

Hotel regulations are very strict and no person beyond the prescribed limit is allowed to occupy a room. In Europe, fire regulations restrict a maximum of 3 persons per standard room.

 

What's the difference between a Double and a Twin Room?

A Double Room has 1 King-size bed where-as a Twin Room has 2 Single or Queen-sized beds.

 

Our children will be travelling with us - will there be any hotel charge for them as well?

When making your booking, select the number of children travelling with you from the 'Children' drop-down box. If you select just 1 child, our search will give you the price of a double room with child, not including an extra bed. If you want an extra bed in the room, you need to increase the number of passengers in your search

What is the standard check-in/out time in the hotels?

The standard check-in time is after 1400 hrs.(local time) and check-out time is 12 noon. But it may vary from season to season and City to City. Please check with the hotel for clarity.

Broadly explain how I can differentiate between 1,2,3,4 and 5 star category hotels?

1 Star - Majority will be small, independently owned properties. There is likely to be limited meals and facilities.

 2 Star - Varying from small to medium sized properties offering more extensive facilities. Reception and staff will aim for a more professional presentation than one star level and a wider range of services, including food and drink is likely to be found. Some rooms may be provided with en-suite facilities, but this is not guaranteed.

3 Star - Hotel Properties will usually be of a size to support higher staffing levels and with a greater quality and range of facilities. Reception and public areas will be more spacious. All bedrooms should come with en-suite facilities and room service may be available.

4 Star - At this level, there should be a noticeable difference of quality in the furnishings, decor and equipment. Bedrooms are usually more spacious than those found in lower starred properties. Services such as porterage, 24-hour room service, laundry and dry cleaning may be available.

5 Star - These properties should provide spacious and luxurious accommodation throughout the Hotel. Formal service and flawless attention to the guests requirements should be provided.

What is a star rating?

Star Ratings are used to categorize hotels based on their overall quality, level of service, food standards and other amenities. The same will vary depending on various criteria outlined by the relevant issuing bodies of each country.

By when can I receive my refund in my account after cancellation of my booking?

All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction. Once you have cancelled your booking, the refund is processed by Tripventure private limited within 10 business days (weekends not included). An e-mail confirmation of the refund amount will be sent to the email address given to us at the time of booking.

However, for the amount to reflect in your bank or credit card account is dependent on the time taken by your bank thereon. For any discrepancies and delays, kindly check directly with your bank or credit card company. Where the User has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Tripventure private limited with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Tripventure private limited within 48 hours of the cancellation request. Any later would require the User to send a scanned copy of your E-Ticket endorsed by the airlines to Tripventure private limited.

 

The flight I booked was cancelled by the airline .How do I get my money back?

If the flight you booked got cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases. We request you to cancel your booking online first, by following the steps outlined in the question above.

 

If I need to cancel my flight, what’s the latest I can do this by?

With Tripventure private limited, you can cancel your flight no later than 3 hours before the time of departure. If it’s later than 3 hours, you need to contact the airline directly for cancellation

How do I print my ticket?

Log on to "Eticket / Voucher" at www.sahyogtravel.com Enter your Booking ID / PNR you'll be able to see your e-ticket. Print it or e-mail it.

Do I have to show ID proof at the time of check-in?

Yes. The airline and airport authorities may or may not check your ID proof but we strongly recommend that you carry a government-issued photo-id proof with you whenever you fly.

How do I get a boarding pass for an e-ticket?

You need to show the print out of your e-ticket with your e-ticket number at the check-in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time.

What documents are required to check-in for my flight?

It is mandatory to carry a government issued photo identification (ID) proof along with the E-Ticket copy. The same is verified by the airport security as well as the airline at the check-in counter. On presenting your photo ID proof and E-Ticket copy, your boarding pass will be issued. For international flights, your passport is the only valid photo ID proof that will be accepted. In case of international travel, each passenger must ensure that they carry a relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months as on date of travel.

 

 

 

Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?

Yes, it's very important. Some airports don't allow you inside without a printout of your e-ticket, so be sure to carry one with you. If you've forgotten your e-ticket printout but can get to a computer, login to your www.sahyogtravel.com account print yourself a copy.

What is the maximum number of tickets I can book?

A maximum of 9 seats can be booked at one time. If you need to book for more than 9 travellers you can do so with a new booking for the additional travellers.

How can I cancel my flight tickets?

To cancel the tickets online, Users shall have to complete the following procedure:

 Log onto www.sahyogtravel.com    

Click on ‘Customer support' button at the top and then click on my bookings.

If you are a registered member then log in or Enter your Booking ID / PNR and submit.

Select "cancel online for express refunds".

A confirmation of cancellation will be sent via e-mail to the user.

 

The User can cancel either his/her entire booking or partial booking.

Partial cancellation (Cancellation of One Segment) or segment change is not permitted for Discounted Return Fares.

To cancel the tickets offline, call the customer care numbers +91 1662 271246 between 11 AM to 6 PM, 5 days a week.

The User will have to contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get his/her reservation cancelled. www.sahyogtravel.com is in no way responsible to ensure that the ticket shall be cancelled and the sole liability to confirm the same with the airline shall lie with the User.

 

I have forgotten my Booking ID / PNR. What do I do?

Just login to your www.sahyogtravel.com account using the e-mail id you provided us while booking and your password. On the "My Bookings" page you'll be able to access all your completed and upcoming travel records. If you've forgotten the password, you can use the 'Forgot password' feature and get it.

How do I register with www.sahyogtravel.com Why is it important for me to register on your site?

Signing up is very easy. You can click on the 'Register' link on the top menu bar at www.sahyogtravel.com, or while booking a ticket you will be automatically prompted to Register. It is important that you register with us so that you can conveniently check your complete booking history for all your travels that you have made with www.sahyogtravel.com. This will include your booking amounts, refunds processed, cancelations and amendments done, and past as well as future travel details. This information can be viewed in the tab "My Bookings".

While travelling with an infant on the flight, is there anything special I must know?

Make sure they have valid proof-of-age documents when they're checking in, and remember that infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult.

What if my paper tickets are lost or stolen?

If this happens, email us immediately and we'll help you process a lost ticket application. In most cases, the airline will require you to purchase replacement tickets at "today's" fare, meaning that day's current published fares. Our travel specialist will facilitate the sale of these tickets.

If your original paper tickets aren't used within a designated period of time (usually 3-4 months, depending on the airline), you'll receive a credit for the purchase price of the replacement tickets, after deducting an application fee (which, again, varies by airline). These policies and fees are subject to change at any time. Ask our Customer Care Executive for the most recent information for your airline's replacement ticket rules and policies. We're bound by these rules, so we strongly suggest you keep your paper tickets safe to begin with.

As soon as your ticket is reserved, you will get an email and an SMS with your flight details from us. You can also check the status of your booking in 'My Bookings' section of www.sahyogtravel.com To avoid our mail jumping into your junk / spam folder, make sure you add our email id in your safe list

How do I get a copy of my e-ticket?

We e-mail you your e-ticket within 30 minutes of your booking on the same e-mail address you mentioned at the time of booking

What is an e-ticket?

 

An e-ticket, also known as an electronic ticket, is an electronic document that contains the details of your flight ticket, like a unique confirmation number issued by the airline for the booking you have made. You can find this unique number on the bottom of your E-ticket page issued by www.sahyogtravel.com. It is important to carry a print-out of the e-ticket along with a valid photo-id proof at the time of flight check-in.
